How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. Reach out via the contact form or email address to schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation. This will help us determine if we are indeed a good fit for one another.

What can I expect in our first session?

For adults, I will conduct a 90-minute diagnostic evaluation. For children and teens, I will conduct a 90-minute diagnostic interview with the parent(s) and a 60 minute diagnostic interview with the child or teen. These evaluations help me to better understand your needs and concerns. Then, together we can identify treatment goals.

Do you take health insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider. I can provide you with a detailed invoice to submit to your health insurance for reimbursement. I recommend you check with your insurance provider about their out-of-network provider policies.
